4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for twelve consecutive months shall be considered dormant. dk365 will attempt to contact the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy administration fee. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed in the offer details at the time of acceptance.
5.2 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. 5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period, which begins from the date the bonus is credited to your account. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund of any wager.
6.1 RNG Certification. All non-live (RNG-based) games on the dk365 platform use Random Number Generator software that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to produce genuinely random, unpredictable outcomes. dk365 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games on dk365 are streamed from professional studio environments.
